At grit-tape.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Apparel must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Products such as athletic tape and accessories must not be used.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Any item that has been used or altered after delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at general@grit-tape.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Once we authorize the return, ship the product back to us at the provided return address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for your refund to be reflected in your account.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, wrong item), we will also refund the original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and note that exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship the new item once we have received and processed the returned product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product at general@grit-tape.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or offering a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take time to process. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at general@grit-tape.com.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the same return process applies. Please note that shipping fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
